Welcome to Week 4 of the fantasy football season! By now, you should have a good idea of what your team's strengths and weaknesses are. But that doesn't mean you can't make some improvements. Here are some start 'em and waiver wire tips to help you win this week and beyond:

Start 'Em

  • Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders: Jacobs has been one of the most consistent running backs in fantasy football this season, and he's in a great spot to have a big game against the Broncos in Week 4. Denver has allowed the most fantasy points per game to running backs so far this season.
  • Zack Moss, RB, Bills: Moss is coming off a career-high 24 carries in Week 3, and he should continue to see a lot of work in Buffalo's backfield. The Bills are playing the Dolphins in Week 4, and Miami has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to running backs so far this season.
  • Roschon Johnson, RB, Texans: Johnson is a rookie running back who has been getting more and more work in Houston's backfield in recent weeks. He's got a chance to be the lead back in Week 4 if starter Dameon Pierce is still out with an injury. The Texans are playing the Chargers in Week 4, and Los Angeles has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game to running backs so far this season.
  • Jaylen Warren, RB, Steelers: Warren is another rookie running back who has been getting more work lately. He's got a chance to be the lead back in Week 4 if starter Najee Harris is still out with an injury. The Steelers are playing the Jets in Week 4, and New York has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to running backs so far this season.
  • Tank Dell, WR, Texans: Dell is a rookie wide receiver who has emerged as a deep threat for the Texans in recent weeks. He's got a chance to have a big game in Week 4 against the Chargers. Los Angeles has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers so far this season.

Waiver Wire Tips

  • De'Von Achane, RB, Texans: Achane is a rookie running back who has been getting more and more work in Houston's backfield in recent weeks. He's got a chance to be the lead back in the near future, especially if Dameon Pierce is out with an injury.
  • Tyjae Spears, RB, Chiefs: Spears is a rookie running back who has been getting some work in the Chiefs' backfield in recent weeks. He's got a chance to see more work if Clyde Edwards-Helaire continues to struggle.
  • Elijah Mitchell, RB, 49ers: Mitchell is a returning veteran running back who is expected to be the 49ers' lead back in Week 4. He's got a chance to have a big game against the Rams in Week 4. Los Angeles has allowed the most fantasy points per game to running backs so far this season.
  • Jerick McKinnon, RB, Chiefs: McKinnon is a veteran running back who is getting some work in the Chiefs' backfield in recent weeks. He's got a chance to see more work if Clyde Edwards-Helaire continues to struggle. McKinnon is also a good pass-catching back, so he could be a valuable asset in PPR leagues.
  • Jake Kumerow, WR, Packers: Kumerow is a veteran wide receiver who has been getting more and more work in the Packers' offense in recent weeks. He's got a chance to have a big game in Week 4 against the Patriots. New England has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers so far this season.
